Reservation

• Outdoor sessions are subject to change or cancellation depending on the weather, road conditions, forest conditions, and physical condition of the participants on the day of the event.

• Please inform us of any health conditions, pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that we should be aware of at the time of reservation.
• Before the session begins on the day of the session, an orientation (pre- and post-questionnaire and consent form) is required to be filled out.
• When making reservations for cooking lessons and meals, please let us know in advance if you have any allergies, dislikes, or other concerns,

In the event of cancellation of a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged under all circumstances.
In such cases, cancellation fees will be charged as follows

• 10 days prior to reservation date
  … No charge
• 9 to 3 days prior to the reserved date
  … 30% of the total price
• 2 days prior to reservation date
  … 50％ of the total price
• The day before and the day of the event
  … 100% of the total price
• No-show cancellation on the day
  … 100% of the total price

After enjoying an organic/enzyme lunch, you will be immersed in the overtone vibrations of the “Singing Rings”, a magical sound bath that will induce a meditative state. During this experience,

While listening to the sound of the wind and the water of the upper Kurama River, we’ll practice breathing techniques while touring through the quiet forest. Experience a moment of ease and deep relaxation while feeling the spirit of the mountains.  This is a quiet time to carefully observe the orchestra of sounds the forest provides, while inhaling the fragrance of  the mountain and the surrounding trees and plants. After an organic/enzyme lunch, the “Singing Rings” will combine the energy of the universe  with the power of the sacred mountain to create a new experience that will liberate your body and mind…. The “Singing Rings” will open your body and mind to a new experience….

Join us on a slow walk through the countryside of Ohara, Kyoto. There’s a variety temples and shrines to visit which  harks back to the original landscape of Japan. On the way home, buy freshly picked local vegetables at the village market. Appreciate the original flavors of the organic produce along with Taeko’s homemade and traditioal seasonings.  Enjoy preparing a meal with Taeko while being stimulated by the cooking methods that make the most of these vegetables. After a fulfilling meal, it’s time to rest with an acoustic “sound of the universe” session with the  “Singing Rings”. A perfect and full recharge of the mind, spirit and body.
